I am a design leader with more than 20 years of experience building and leading teams, creating digital product experiences, and bringing design, business, and technology together for some of the world’s greatest companies.

Most recently, I worked as Vice President of Design for Capital One, leading design for the company's two main consumer-facing digital experiences — the mobile app and website. Before that, I was the Global Creative Director for The Time Out Group in London, where I led a team of designers responsible for all of Time Out’s digital products worldwide.
